Glanton Solutions’ Quality Policy exists to enable to achieve these aims and goals:

To assist in, record and monitor the achievement of these objectives, the Company has a Business Management System for all those project related activities that affect the quality of our services. This system is based on the requirements of the Standard: BS EN ISO 9001 The implementation and participation in the Company-wide system, by all members of staff, is vital to its continuing success in giving confidence to clients. 

This policy and its procedures are regularly amended and reviewed in order to maintain their effectiveness in enhancing the Company’s performance The Quality Assurance procedures defined in the system are mandatory for all staff, associates and sub-contractors and all are directly responsible for the quality of their own tasks and have adequate authority, training and resources to discharge them.

We recognise that our continuing success and reputation depends upon the supply of a high quality service and commits all staff to that end to ensure Client satisfaction.

We recognise the fact that good health and safety management has positive benefits to the organisation and that commitment to a high level of safety makes good business sense. We also recognise that health and safety is an essential function, and must therefore continually improve, update and adapt to changes. Similarly, Glanton Solutions Ltd. must also do what is reasonable to avoid or to minimise any adverse environmental impacts from its activities and promote and adopt environmental sustainability initiatives. The successful implementation of this policy requires the full support and active co-operation of all employees, associates and sub-contractors.

This statement applies to all premises and activities within the control of the company.

  • to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health
  • to consult with employees, trade unions and others on health, safety and environmental matters
  • to monitor and review the effectiveness of the company’s arrangements and to implement improvements as appropriate
  • to encourage the development and maintenance of a positive attitude towards health and safety

Travel & Expenses

When working for a client and incurring re-chargeable expenses we will follow the client's policy for travel, accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses. Such expenses will be shown separately on any invoice and will be supported by receipts where possible. Charges are re-claimed at cost and there will be no handling charge added to any expenses incurred.
