Glanton provides support to all our customers either under one of Support Packages or module licenses if you have bought a module from us. If you are not an existing customer, don't worry you can still contact us to see how we can help you.

Existing customers, when asking for H.E.L.P, please tell us:
How
?      Tell us what you were doing when the error message appeared, or the steps you took before the error occurred.
Error?     What was the exact error message you saw?
Link?       Please include the full address (URL) or path name to where the error occurred.
Picture?  Take a screen shot (Print screen) of what you saw, if possible.

The more information you can provide, the quicker we can help you solve your problem.

Content Support

Let us manage your entire site for you. We provide full content management services for many of our clients. Simply email in any changes you would like made to the site and and our team of content specialists will do them for you. Remember to include the site name and url of the page.
